Why I'm involved

I became in involved in Concert for the Cure when Nick asked me to join in 2006. I had known his mum personally, having been taught by her in primary school. Through primary school, our families became friends and remain so today. I am involved in CFTC because I believe in what we are doing, raising money and awareness through the youth market. We want to be a part of the Breast Cancer community, which aims to support women and their families through a very difficult time.

Tell me more

I’m at Sydney University, doing an Arts degree with majors in History and Gender Studies. After that? Another degree I think! I’m going to head to Europe for 6 months when I finish my Arts degree, and come back to continue my studies – maybe a Commerce degree. After that, who knows?

With the return of summer (yay!) I’m looking forward to heading back to the beach, relaxing in the afternoon with girlfriends and getting a tan! I enjoy being active, and play touch football with friends from school as well as go to the gym. In general, I like being outside, and enjoying the company of good friends.

My music

I am currently, as in right now, listening to the new Kings of Leon album, Only By the Night and love it. I love pop songs that I can sing to at the top of my lungs, as well as easy listening music.
